Industry’s Charitable Arm Approves Donations to St. Christopher’s Relief Fund, USMC Heritage Foundation

Hollywood, Florida – Today, the American Trucking Associations’ Trucking Cares Foundation announced three trucking leaders have been added to the board of directors of the industry’s charitable arm.
The new board members are:

Daseke Inc. Becomes 15th Member of TCF Founders Club

Washington – Today, the American Trucking Associations’ Trucking Cares Foundation announced that Daseke Inc. has committed to becoming the 15th member of the TCF Founders Club.

“The trucking industry does so much for our country and our economy, and the Trucking Cares Foundation embodies this spirit of service,” said Jonathan Shepko, CEO of Daseke. “We are proud to contribute to the Foundation and support the good work they are doing.

United States Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Annual Awards Dinner

Trucking Cares Foundation was honored to sponsor a table in the memory of the late David Parker at the United States Marine Corps Heritage Foundation Annual Awards Dinner on Saturday, April 29. The event was held at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, Virginia.

The Ruan Foundation Becomes 14th Member of TCF Founders Club

Trucking Industry Delivers Water to Southeast

Washington – The American Trucking Associations’ Trucking Cares Foundation, along with Trucking Moves America Forward have marshaled industry resources to deliver water to residents of Jackson, Mississippi and to Northwest Georgia who have been without fresh drinking water as a result of recent flooding.

Trucking Cares Foundation Donates to Ukraine Relief Efforts

The trucking industry’s charitable arm – the Trucking Cares Foundation – announced it was donating more than $40,000 to a trio of organizations involved in Ukrainian humanitarian relief efforts.

“The war unfolding in Ukraine is a terrible tragedy,” said TCF Chairman Phil Byrd, president and CEO of Bulldog Hiway Express. “The trucking industry stands with the Ukrainian people and we’re proud to do even a little bit to ease their suffering.”
